Drug Rebate Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug Rebate Supervisor to manage the Medicaid Drug Rebate team's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff performance, including productivity monitoring and formal reviews
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or staff management experience (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience with Medicaid drug rebates or related fields (preferred)
• Proficiency with systems such as PRIMS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
