Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Condition Clearer to manage loan conditions for Investor and Bond loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear all conditions for Investor and Bond loans, ensuring timely loan purchases
• Contact operations and borrowers for document corrections and dispute invalid deficiencies
• Review TRID documents for accuracy and escalate issues to management as needed

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of conventional and government residential mortgage loans and investor guidelines
• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Prior experience with clearing conditions with mortgage loan investors (Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie, etc.)
• Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
