Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain learning paths aligned with organizational goals and collaborate on improvements
• Manage course catalog and shared learning resources, ensuring consistency in content and branding
• Train and coach content creators on instructional design best practices and maintain training material consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS reporting tools
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting LMS platforms
• Ability to generate and interpret reports on learner progress and engagement
