Eligibility Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Senior Analyst to manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation for eligibility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of enrollment data with delivery standards
• Lead EDI implementations and deliver consultative file feed solutions while troubleshooting data exchange issues
• Develop and maintain documentation on internal processes and lead business initiative projects as directed by management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) preferred
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with strong interpersonal relationships
• Analytical and detail-oriented with project management skills
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTable preferred
