Job Summary
A company is looking for an Email + SMS Strategist (Account Manager, Lifecycle, Retention, CRM).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts
- Manage email production process end-to-end, including ideation, design handoff, and deployment
- Execute and evaluate email reporting with thoughtful analysis and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Preference for a bachelor's degree
- At least two years of experience in email marketing
- At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS accounts and providing strategy
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
- Client relationship management experience
