Email and SMS Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email + SMS Strategist (Account Manager, Lifecycle, Retention, CRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts
• Manage email production process end-to-end, including ideation, design handoff, and deployment
• Execute and evaluate email reporting with thoughtful analysis and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Preference for a bachelor's degree
• At least two years of experience in email marketing
• At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS accounts and providing strategy
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
• Client relationship management experience
