A company is looking for an Email & Lifecycle Associate to manage email marketing campaigns and user engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys, ensuring accurate segmentation and timely delivery
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Track and report on key email metrics to inform future strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C context
- Hands-on experience with Iterable or similar marketing automation platforms
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience in a high-growth tech company, particularly in a B2C or marketplace environment
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing email templates
