Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Maestra, Bloomreach, or comparable email automation tools
- Experience creating and optimizing automated email workflows and drip campaigns
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with SMS marketing and integrating email/SMS into customer engagement strategies
