Email Marketing Expert Needed with Figma Design Skills

I’m looking for a no-nonsense email marketing expert to help me boost conversions and drive sales through clean, on-brand, high-performing emails. If you’re someone who understands results, not fluff, keep reading.

What I need:

Review and optimize existing Klaviyo flows (already built)

Design stunning emails using Figma (or your own design system if it’s better)

Use templates smartly – don’t reinvent the wheel unless it boosts ROI

Deliver 4 sales emails/month (1 per week) – well-written, well-designed, and aligned with my brand

Maintain brand consistency – colors, voice, tone, layout

Provide straightforward pricing – no commission, no extras, no surprise charges

Skills required:

Proven track record with Klaviyo or similar email platforms

Figma skills for email layout and design (not just Canva drag-and-drop)

Strong grasp of conversion strategy, CTAs, and behavioral flows

Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and bring a polished, premium look

Good communication, fast turnarounds, and a data-driven mindset
