Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Industry Lead for Energy, Utilities & Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Energy, Utilities & Resources industry for success delivery, ensuring operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations
• Act as the Customer Success Manager for key manufacturing customers and support the Regional Success Directors in people management and hiring
• Collaborate with Global Delivery VP on account management, consultant assignments, and industry acumen

Required Qualifications

• Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in Energy, Utilities & Resources industries
• Strong understanding of industry-related trends, operating KPIs, and value drivers
• Ability to lead through influence and establish trusted relationships with customers and partners
• Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
• Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written)
