Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to shape the technical direction of their program while managing and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate program scope, schedule, and cost management with team members
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, fostering a culture of learning
• Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and participate in hiring and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for education)
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Extensive experience in software development and customer interactions
• Familiarity with data analytics best practices
• Knowledge of SQL, statistical software languages, data lakes, and data visualization is a plus
