- Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, fostering a culture of learning
- Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and participate in hiring and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for education)
- 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
- Extensive experience in software development and customer interactions
- Familiarity with data analytics best practices
- Knowledge of SQL, statistical software languages, data lakes, and data visualization is a plus
