Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager responsible for leading a team of engineers while contributing to technical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth and performance
• Collaborate with the product owner to manage and deliver on the product roadmap
• Guide architectural decisions for a new application and maintain legacy PHP applications

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a lead or senior engineering role
• 5-6 years of experience with .NET
• 4-5 years of experience with AWS
• 2-3 years of experience with React
• Strong experience with SQL Server
