Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Corporate Application Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and delivery of the Corporate Portal for enterprise customers
• Oversee system performance, scalability, and reliability while implementing improvements
• Mentor engineers, manage Agile processes, and drive the adoption of new technologies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing and operating full stack, cloud-hosted applications
• At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead or manager for customer-facing products
• Experience designing secure workflows for analytics dashboards and access controls
• Proven success in recruiting and mentoring engineers in a fast-scaling environment
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
