Product Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, enhance monitoring tools, and ensure consistent product performance
• Establish KPIs and Quality of Service standards while generating reports on performance metrics
• Manage capacity forecasting, vendor costs, and configuration updates for improved performance

Required Qualifications:

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar or cross-functional technical role
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and SQL
• Good understanding of computer networks, proxies, and internet protocols
• Familiarity with web programming standards and APIs is desirable
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX or Mac Terminal command-line tools
