Lead Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to oversee Site Reliability Engineering and Platform functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud configurations
• Lead complex initiatives as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure high system availability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to design and deliver multi-system infrastructure and optimize for performance/security
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team processes
• Track record of managing infrastructure SDLC and delivering high-impact solutions on time
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus
