Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Site Reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a globally distributed Site Reliability Engineering organization, setting long-term vision and execution plans
• Establish and evolve incident management practices, including clear roles and blameless postmortems
• Design talent acquisition strategies and implement an effective SRE organizational structure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related operational engineering roles
• 4+ years in engineering leadership, managing other managers and scaling high-performing teams
• Expertise in cloud-native platforms and modern IaaS tooling
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers
• Previous programming experience in one or more relevant languages
