• Proven success in presales or solution consulting roles
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture best practices
• Experience with AI/ML integration and intelligent workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or IT4IT is preferred
