Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3+ years in a management role
• Proven track record of deploying ML prototypes in a product-focused environment
• Deep understanding of LLM workflows and strong engineering skills across the ML/infra stack
• Proficiency with Python and cloud services, preferably AWS
• Experience with ML observability, CI/CD, and Kubernetes or similar technologies
