Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and automation tools in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or advanced degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in technology-driven process improvement, with 1-3 years in AI/ML projects
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts with hands-on experience in relevant frameworks and tools
• Experience linking AI solutions to business strategy and demonstrating tangible business value
• Solid understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and security best practices
