Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee the technical success of digital privacy products and the professional growth of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to ensure high-quality production of digital privacy products
• Participate in design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews to guide the team
• Contribute to the open-source OpenTDF project and drive continual improvement in the software development process

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing a cross-functional engineering team of 5 or more
• Minimum of 5 years as a hands-on Software Engineer in languages such as Go, Java, or C++
• Proven expertise in software architecture and design patterns for scalable backend services
• Strong understanding of Agile development principles
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring engineers
