Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and establish operating policies for engineering departments
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project decisions and operational strategies
• Lead and coach engineering teams, promoting continuous improvement and talent development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines such as customer relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performance work teams and multiple large projects
• Proven experience in developing solutions for complex business problems
