• Contribute to technical challenges and ensure engineering excellence with maintainable and well-tested code
• Collaborate with design and product management to define product vision and technical architecture

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams that have delivered high-value SaaS products
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams
• Ability to coach teams in delivering simple, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Passion for mentoring engineers and experience in hiring for an engineering team
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, Typescript, React, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH
