Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Meeting Spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering team by setting goals, providing direction, and developing talent
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and engineering best practices while optimizing team productivity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong technical foundation with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails
• Experience working with AWS and Datadog
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies
