Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - AI Revenue Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI Agent Pilots & Implementations, deploying and configuring AI Revenue Agents in customer environments
• Understand and map GTM workflows by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders
• Customize and tune AI behavior to adapt agent capabilities to customer-specific use cases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles
• Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus
• Technical experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, or CRM systems
• Strong understanding of sales workflows, including prospecting and pipeline management
• Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation models
