Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience managing engineers with proven results
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute code regularly
• Track record of achieving product-focused engineering outcomes
• Experience in B2B applications, preferably in a crypto environment (bonus)
• Familiarity with tech stack including JS, TS, NextJS, React, PostgreSQL, GCP, and AWS
