Senior Configuration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Configuration Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern Configuration Data Management (CDM) practices across multiple programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to the CDM team, focusing on performance management and talent development
• Represent the CDM function to senior leadership, customers, and regulatory authorities, ensuring data integrity and change control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Configuration Data Management
• 8+ years of progressive managerial experience leading professional staff
• Deep knowledge of configuration management standards (e.g., AS9100, EIA-649) and lifecycle practices
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance are required
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to manage risks and ensure compliance
