Engineering Manager, Integrations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Integrations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the technical roadmap for the integrations tech stack in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build, lead, and mentor software engineering teams to execute on projects effectively
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring product robustness and adherence to engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• Prior management experience and a passion for building high-performing teams
• Extensive full-stack web development experience, preferably in third-party integrations
• Knowledge of modern server-side and client-side frameworks, with Ruby, Rails, and React as a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with Postgres preferred
• Ability to assess and grow specialized engineers and adapt team dynamics
