Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive engineering excellence while owning end-to-end delivery of projects

• Grow and mentor a diverse team of engineers, ensuring execution excellence and crafting a long-term strategy for search systems

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team as an Engineering Manager
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Proven background in Machine Learning, NLP, and large-scale Search
• Deep expertise in retrieval and ranking models with experience in delivering production-quality systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster relationships
