Engineering Manager, Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Security & Compliance to oversee its Cybersecurity Program and manage a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Cybersecurity Program, including GRC, Product Security, SOC, and Incident Response
• Co-own the Cybersecurity Roadmap with leadership and partner with IT and Engineering teams on cybersecurity needs
• Build and maintain processes and controls while effectively prioritizing risk remediation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience, with high emotional intelligence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Well-rounded cybersecurity experience across a full security program in fast-paced technology environments
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs in technology-rich environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build new processes and maintain established operations
