Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Tools Platform Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in building and maintaining core services for Toolforge and related platforms
• Simplify the tool lifecycle for contributors to build and maintain tools effectively
• Drive the transition of Toolforge to a production-level platform using relevant technologies

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams focused on infrastructure or developer-facing tools
• Strong technical background in systems engineering and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead collaboration and product-oriented development in open communities
• Experience in a distributed and asynchronous work environment
