Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing career coaching and support

• Drive development processes and ensure the delivery of scalable and redundant services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of engineering or related experience, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and experience in building scalable services
• Operational experience with public cloud deployments (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of a backend programming language, preferably Go
