Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of back-end engineers to develop tools for scalable cloud operations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product roadmaps
• Implement and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure team success

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building software for large user bases
• Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Go, gRPC, Kafka, MySQL, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Experience in team management and career coaching
• Strong commitment to delivering scalable and reliable systems
• Systems thinking and ability to identify and resolve software development issues
