Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations
• Partner with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain solutions across core ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or SecOps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules
• Strong expertise with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management principles
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
• Consulting or partner ecosystem experience is highly preferred
