Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers while driving technical productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative culture and represent the team in organization-wide planning
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to develop the technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer with personnel management or team lead responsibilities
• Proven track record in leading development projects and mentoring team members
• Experience working with various stakeholders to build projects
• Deep knowledge of system design and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, or Typescript
• History of successfully delivering complex web applications and services
