Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support and direction for the installation of products and services
• Support Project Managers with technical consultations and solution validation
• Participate in project calls to capture technical requirements for service configuration

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of VoIP, SD-WAN/MPLS, and Managed Security
• Ability to understand complex network designs
• Experience running scripts in C shell in a Unix environment
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related experience required
