Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Engineer, Operational Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance platform integrations across data systems, Salesforce Health Cloud, and other CRM systems
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with internal and external systems, data platforms, and analytics solutions
- Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration and operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in systems integration and operational support in healthcare or patient-facing environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar CRM platforms
- Proficient in software development with Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Strong experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP APIs) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
