Engineering Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial performance and daily operations of facility controls and asset management systems
• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Identify new business opportunities and improve existing methods and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management
• Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets impacting departmental results
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience in developing and managing organizational budgets
