Job Summary

A company is looking for an EIT Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the SQA team, focusing on system maintenance and development
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, performance reviews, and professional development
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and lead during project transitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience with information technology concepts and application development
• 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience
• 3 years of expert knowledge in at least one programming language or enterprise system
• Experience with Agile methodologies and supervisory or project management experience
