Senior Manager, Commercial Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, MDU and Commercial Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability and manage 3rd party contractors to ensure project completion
• Establish project timelines and oversee permitting processes for construction projects
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Supervisory experience in fiber construction
• Working knowledge of pre-engineering procedures and construction processes
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required
• Detailed knowledge of aerial and/or underground construction
