Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead (Core).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team, taking ownership of the team's mission
• Guide the development and scaling of backend transaction processing and client onboarding tools
• Ensure high-quality delivery across engineering teams while contributing to architecture and code

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in a strong engineering culture
• 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Python (Django/FastAPI), React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitLab CI, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with mobile app purchases, payments, or analytics is a strong plus
