Enterprise Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Analytics Lead to optimize business processes through advanced analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards for senior leaders
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytics architecture and data-driven solutions
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling to analyze complex business problems and provide solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations research, data/business analytics, or related functions
• 3+ years of experience with analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, SPSS, or SAS
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data cataloging
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic lab business
