Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers during onboarding to guide customers on effective program design and platform use
- Deliver enablement sessions that help customers maximize the platform's capabilities
- Collaborate with customers to explore new features and co-design innovative use cases
Required Qualifications
- Client-facing experience in consulting, enablement, or product support roles
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer questions
- Ability to guide discussions with senior leaders and coach users of all levels
- Experience in a startup environment with adaptable roles
- Passion for innovation in learning and familiarity with AI-driven solutions
