Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Grand Central Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic EHR and third-party applications
• Collects and prioritizes requirements for system enhancements and implements changes as needed
• Provides support for system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of applications

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle operations or Information Technology required
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and related processes required
• Epic certification in one or more modules required
• Advanced understanding of healthcare information systems and regulatory needs
