Senior Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead client implementations and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the setup, configuration, and implementation of cybersecurity services
• Provide technical and functional guidance to ensure successful product deployment and adoption
• Deliver presentations and walkthroughs during pilot programs and customer evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, troubleshooting, and system configuration
• Proficiency in cloud computing and SaaS-based security services
• Experience with hosted email systems and email security solutions
• Deep understanding of networking technologies including Active Directory and DNS topology
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
