Job Summary
A company is looking for an ERP Implementation Project Manager for Eastern North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation projects within scope, goals, timelines, and budget while managing project changes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer care throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client relationships and manage project expectations
Required Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program management experience managing software implementations
- Experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects or SmartSheet
- Proficient understanding of software development life cycle and application design
- Authorization to work in the EU, North America, and MEAP regions
