Key Responsibilities

• Lead global CRM projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and dependencies
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to report on business impact to stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to create AI-enabled workflows that enhance program outcomes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, global projects or programs in enterprise software or SaaS
• Proven expertise in project management and ability to run programs end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills and experience in designing meaningful reporting
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and integrating them into workflows
• Knowledge of CRM systems and GTM processes
