Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to join their Service Team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to an average of 200-250 families and manage 70-90 tutors
- Grow the business through consultative sales to new and existing customers
- Serve as a liaison between tutors and families, managing customer issues and tracking student progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and emails
- Sales experience and ability to achieve monthly sales goals are preferred
- Access to a dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection
