Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead the development of hybrid AI solutions leveraging Neural Processing Units in Surface Devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and promote the hybrid AI value proposition integrating Surface NPU, Azure AI, and Copilot
• Collaborate with ISVs and business customers to develop hybrid AI solutions and demos
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on a roadmap for experiences and implement complex projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 4+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Experience in hybrid AI strategy, development, or go-to-market execution
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
