Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee client engagement, program planning, and delivery execution in a hybrid role that combines program leadership with Agile team facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client communications and manage program planning, coordination, and reporting
• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile frameworks
• Track program-level KPIs, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading IT projects and programs
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team Agile programs with international clients
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the software development life cycle
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
