Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Customer Success Manager).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage end-to-end technical onboarding projects to drive product adoption
  • Manage customer escalations and represent customer perspectives within the engineering organization
  • Drive technical and product strategy to reduce onboarding complexity and customer cycle time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in driving product adoption
  • Strong background in Account Planning and Customer Success Plans
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex project implementations
  • Experience in the DevOps or Analytics space is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to articulate technology and project goals
