Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Customer Success Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end technical onboarding projects to drive product adoption
- Manage customer escalations and represent customer perspectives within the engineering organization
- Drive technical and product strategy to reduce onboarding complexity and customer cycle time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 6+ years of relevant experience in driving product adoption
- Strong background in Account Planning and Customer Success Plans
- Proven experience in managing large, complex project implementations
- Experience in the DevOps or Analytics space is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to articulate technology and project goals
