Project Manager IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project/Program Manager IV to lead complex, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and communications between agency stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors or system integrators
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress
• Proactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies to support project success

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading moderate to complex projects with external vendor coordination
• At least 10 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proven expertise in project management principles
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting
• Experience in government, public sector, or mission-critical initiatives is highly desirable
